Lindsay Smith Kafka, lawyer and founder of the Concord Law Group, received her B.A. from Stanford University, with honors, and her law degree from Boston University, cum laude. Her professional experience includes a clerkship for the Honorable Kermit J. Lipez of the Supreme Judicial Court of Maine, tenure at the Boston law firm of Hill & Barlow as an associate in the Corporate Department, and an of counsel position at Eckel & Morgan, a boutique estate planning firm in Acton, Massachusetts.

Ms. Kafka is a member of WealthCounsel, LLC, a nationwide collaboration of trusts and estates attorneys and other legal, tax and business professionals, as well as the Women's Bar Association, the Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and the Massachusetts chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Ms. Kafka serves on the board of directors of Concord Youth Theatre and is an active member of the Missions Committee and Working Group for Social Justice at West Concord Union Church. She also regularly participates in the Concord Council on Aging's "Ask a Lawyer" program.
