We appreciate that fees are of concern to our clients. The Concord Law Group typically charges on a fixed fee basis, and the fee itself is determined by the complexity and scope of the work involved. For that reason, it is difficult to quote fees in advance of meeting clients. However, at the end of our initial meeting with prospective clients, we try to indicate a fee range. At the design meeting, when the prospective client agrees upon a particular scope of work, the fee will be determined and memorialized in an engagement letter.
Sometimes work will be charged on an hourly basis, such as specialized research and advisory matters, but that, too, would be clearly stated in an engagement letter. |
